Sharon Smith of End 68 Hours of Hunger ConVal wanted to share a conversation she had today with a teacher in the ConVal school district. Sharon asked if she had any feedback about End 68 Hours. Her response: It’s definitely making a difference. “I’m thinking of one little girl in particular,” she said. “She just seems so much more present now. I can’t think of anything else that’s changed, so I think it’s that she has more to eat.”
It’s sad to hear confirmation that the need is that great. But it’s also so good to hear that what we’re doing is really helping.
Thank you so much for all you’ve already done. Let’s keep that little girl—and 170 others like her—fed!
