End 68 Hours of Hunger-Tampa usually suspends service during the summer. With the surge in need due to Covid-19, we have continued to feed approximately 350 students/125 families this summer. When school is in session, backpacks are used and reused to distribute food to students at school. As we plan for school to resume at some point, we cannot operate this way. We will be using grocery tote bags. While these bags are meant to be reused, we will NOT be able to reuse them. As a result we are in great need of these tote bags. Often we receive these (unused) bags in bulk from company events, sporting events, or corporate advertising “swag” bags.
