We are well into Autumn, and the holidays are quickly approaching, which can be a stressful time of year. One of End 68 Conval’s volunteers has written a book on that very topic and is donating part of the proceeds to End 68.
“If you’re looking for an easy but rewarding read before the holidays, or a gift for a friend who needs to de-stress, check out Judy Copeland’s new book, Coming on Christmas. We’d love this book even if Judy, the pastor at the Hancock Congregational Church and leader of the Hancock packing team, weren’t donating part of the proceeds to End 68 Hours—but she is! The book combines wonderful personal anecdotes with wise, down-to-earth advice for minimizing the stress of the holidays and restoring the joy. We hope to see it in bookstores soon, but in the meantime, you can find both the e-book and paperback on Amazon”. Check it out!
