Wow. What amazing neighbors we have! Ever since the Monadnock Ledger-Transcript ran a story about National Poverty Awareness Month on January 17, everyone has been pitching in to help fill the shelves at End 68 Hours of Hunger. There was Peterborough Fire & Rescue‘s food drive last weekend. This week saw 491 items from the Rotary Peace & Environment Passport Club. And local churches—Divine Mercy Parish, Hancock Congregational Church, Monadnock Congregational Church, Dublin Community Church , and Union Congregational Church, UCC—never fail in their ongoing support. It’s so heartwarming to see our communities coming together—and the food pouring in! Thank you!
