Ten years ago this week, a Timberland Company volunteer service team first arrived to provide a day of service for the Kittery Program of End 68 Hours of Hunger. This has become a yearly project for Timberland volunteers .Ten years later some of that original crew and several first timers arrived Friday to shop for food with Timberland funding. to pack bags, to wrap Timberland donated gifts, and make little crafts to add to the weekly bags of food.
We know we are one of many, many projects the company supports, it is great to have a wonderful crew of enthusiastic and imaginative helpers arrive with such a “let’s do it!” attitude. A big thankyou from all the volunteers at the Kittery program!
