A Huge “Thank You” to the New England Patriots, who hosted End 68 Hours of Hunger Programs from Alton NH, Barnstead NH and Northwood NH in the form of food drives, during which teams of fans as well as players packed bags of food for these important programs! All photos are courtesy of the New England Patriots!
Meredith Jacques from the Barnstead Program said:
“Thank you for this amazing experience! We were given enough food to get us through the rest of the year and start September! Thanks for this amazing idea and program that has given our Barnstead families so much! I’m so grateful! This is the best non-profit ever! Today was an amazing experience but also a great networking day!”
Sarah Laliotis from the Northwood Program offered this observation:
“The day was so special, it’s hard to put it into words. It not only was a once in a lifetime experience to walk onto Gillette Stadium but to have our cause embraced sincerely by the Kraft family and the players. The incredible work of Daniel Macpherson made sure it all came together seamlessly. I have always been a NE Patriots fan, but that day we saw the human side of a group of men that are often just a number on the field, and that was truly humbling.”
Dan Macpherson reported that the donation of more than 500 bags of food was a value of more than $10,000.
We are very grateful! Thank you to the New England Patriots for the food, the support and the photographs!
