Recently, Tampa End 68 Hours of Hunger received a letter and donation from St. Mary’s student Lauren Brown. Lauren raised $1600 from two Gasparilla bakes sales.
The letter reads:
Dear End 68 Hours of Hunger Program,
Over the past two years I have held a bakesale on Gasparilla raising money for a charity. After making $1600 I have decided that End 68 Hours is the perfect charity for my donation. Donating this money makes me so excited to help out so many children right here in Tampa Bay.
